Fees and Payment

- Invoices are issued for the following term, prior to the start of that term

- To hold your child's place, you are required to pay the invoice by the DUE DATE

- If payment is not received by the DUE DATE, your child's enrolment may be re-allocated to another child or to a child from the waiting list without further notification

- Payment can be made either by cheque, cash or direct deposit

- If you change your enrolment, fees may differ from those individuals as public holidays affect the number of lessons which fall on particular days of the week 

- You will be invoiced for additional fees due to a change in enrolment 

Public Holidays

There are no lessons on any Victorian Public Holidays or any Victorian State School Holidays

Suspensions/Cancellations/Refunds

- Should you wish to suspend your child's enrolment due to serious illness or injury, a credit will be given if a medical certificate is provided within 10 days of notification via email or text

- Any credit is to be used within 6 months of the last lesson attended 

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR CANCELLATIONS OR SUSPENSIONS 

Missed Lessons

- As our coaches are paid regardless of how many children attend each lesson, there is no refund for missed lessons. You are paying for a position in a class, not for how many times your child attends a class

- As we keep to strict ratios and classes sizes make up lessons are not possible. However, if your child will be away for consecutive lessons due to illness or injury, an opportunity may be available for him/her to attend another lesson, if you notify us by text or email prior to the first absence. This will depend on availability and cannot be guaranteed

- Missed lessons due to inclement weather are covered under the Inclement Weather policy below

Inclement weather

- On days of extreme heat or rain, notification will be sent via text message by 3pm advising lesson status

- If a child does not turn up for a lesson because it was assumed lessons would be cancelled, then the Missed Lessons Policy applies

- Make-up lessons will be offered for those lessons cancelled due to inclement weather

Children's Progress

- At the end of each term, the coaching staff will discuss the progress of all children and make changes when necessary

- If you want to discuss the progress of a child, please feel free to let the coach know and they can arrange to talk to you outside of lesson times

What to bring

All children and required to bring their own tennis racquet (unless you are coming for a trial and need to borrow one), wear suitable clothing and footwear (including a hat in terms 1 and 4 and bring a full drink bottle of water to every class
